Description

A quick and delicious twist on comfort food, combining classic pizza flavors with the crunch of a quesadilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Layer your first tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly.
  3. Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  4. Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and cheese begins to melt.
  6. Flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet, let it sit, then cut into wedges and serve with marinara sauce.
