Ingredients

- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Layer your first tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and cheese begins to melt.
- Flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, let it sit, then cut into wedges and serve with marinara sauce.
