Description

Instructions

  1. Prep the pineapple: Start by cutting off the top and bottom of the pineapple.
  2. Stand it upright on your cutting board and slice off the skin in strips—be careful to remove any ‘eyes’ with a small knife.
  3. Cut the fruit into 1-inch chunks, leaving you with juicy bites.
  4. Toss with flavor: Place those vibrant pineapple chunks into a mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle in the oil, sprinkle the cinnamon, and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Toss gently until every piece glistens, bathed in sweet warmth.
  7. Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for 2 minutes.
  8. Air fry pineapple: Arrange the pineapple chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through.
  10. Serve warm: Carefully remove the pineapple from the air fryer and enjoy!
