Description

A rich and comforting Turkish pasta dish featuring creamy yogurt, spiced beef, and vibrant cherry tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves (grated)
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 12 oz cooked pasta (like fusilli or penne)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic yogurt by whisking the Greek yogurt with grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cook the spiced beef in a skillet with melted butter, adding onions and spices until browned.
  3. Make the paprika butter by melting remaining butter and stirring in sweet paprika.
  4. Assemble the dish by mixing cooked pasta with the beef and adding cherry tomatoes.
  5. Add garlic yogurt and paprika butter on top, then garnish with feta and parsley.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the vibrant flavors!
