Description

An indulgent and easy-to-prepare dish featuring tender salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese, infused with garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon (skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Boursin mixture by combining Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil or melted butter and generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly across the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, prepare the Boursin mixture in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake. You can substitute Boursin cheese with cream cheese or goat cheese if necessary.
