- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a non-stick skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat for about 20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat and allow to cool before shredding.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese, mixing thoroughly.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon the chicken mixture onto the center, rolling tightly and securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions and sour cream.
