Description

Irresistible crispy taquitos filled with spicy buffalo chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, perfect for gatherings or a savory snack.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a non-stick skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat for about 20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat and allow to cool before shredding.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon the chicken mixture onto the center, rolling tightly and securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
