Description

Delicious baked ham and cheese croissants featuring flaky layers of pastry filled with savory ham and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • Croissants: Freshly baked or store-bought
  • Sliced Ham: Honey-baked, smoked, or turkey
  • Sliced Cheese: Swiss or cheddar
  • Butter (optional): For brushing
  • Dijon Mustard (optional): For added flavor
  • Black Pepper (optional): To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the insides if using.
  4. Layer in slices of ham and cheese inside each croissant.
  5. Arrange the stuffed croissants cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops lightly with melted butter if desired.
