- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup for vegan option)
Instructions
- Gather all of your ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Prepare your fruits: Rinse strawberries, slice them in halves or quarters. Wash the blueberries and set aside. Peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks. Remove the peel from the kiwi and slice it into rounds.
- Slice the banana just before mixing to prevent browning.
- Mix the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine lemon or lime juice with honey in a small bowl; stir until mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors, then serve chilled!
