Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup red velvet cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped Oreos for topping
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, red velvet cake mix, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
