Description

Deliciously crunchy Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks filled with gooey cheese and spicy Buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into stick shapes, about 4 inches long.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bread each stick by dipping in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  5. Cook in preheated oil until golden brown for frying, or bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
