- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into stick shapes, about 4 inches long.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Bread each stick by dipping in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Cook in preheated oil until golden brown for frying, or bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
