Description

A delectable sandwich featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese, all enveloped in perfectly grilled bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer grilled chicken, mashed avocado, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Place the sandwich on the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich and grill the other side until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
