Description

A deliciously satisfying sandwich featuring crispy bread, creamy avocado, tender chicken, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for spreading

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer the mashed avocado, sliced chicken, and shredded cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve.

Notes
