Description
Grill up a platter of Chicken Kofta paired with a luscious Garlic Yogurt Sauce that bursts with flavor from aromatic spices.

- 500 grams ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into small oval-shaped koftas.
- Preheat your grill and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Place the koftas on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Serve the grilled koftas, drizzling the garlic yogurt sauce over them or serving it on the side.
Notes
Make the mixture a day in advance for better flavor. Cook using a grill or air fryer as an alternative.
