Description

A luscious cheesecake featuring creamy layers of strawberry and chocolate ganache, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
  4. Blend cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and incorporate eggs one at a time.
  6. Fold in the strawberry puree gently to create a marbled effect.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust and drizzle with the remaining batter, swirling together.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool in the pan for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate; stir until smooth for the ganache.
  11. Pour the ganache over the chilled cheesecake and serve.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers. Feel free to adjust the fruit flavors based on personal preference.
