- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, laying them cut-side up.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Add the orange marmalade in the last five minutes of roasting and toss to coat.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. Can be prepared a day in advance and roasted before serving.
