Description

A delightful side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts with a sweet and tangy citrus glaze made from orange marmalade, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, laying them cut-side up.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  6. Add the orange marmalade in the last five minutes of roasting and toss to coat.
  7. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm. Can be prepared a day in advance and roasted before serving.
