Description

Delight your taste buds with this indulgent Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon, featuring a creamy seafood filling atop perfectly baked salmon fillets.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skinless)
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 6 oz small cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place a generous amount of the seafood stuffing on top of each salmon fillet.
  4. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the stuffed salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For make-ahead preparation, you can prepare the stuffing a day in advance. Store it in the fridge and assemble just before baking.
