- 4 salmon fillets (skinless)
- 6 oz lump crab meat
- 6 oz small cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place a generous amount of the seafood stuffing on top of each salmon fillet.
- Brush the melted butter over the tops of the stuffed salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For make-ahead preparation, you can prepare the stuffing a day in advance. Store it in the fridge and assemble just before baking.
