Description

Delicious crab stuffed mushrooms bursting with rich flavors and creamy texture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Begin by gently wiping the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and removing the stems. Lightly brush each mushroom cap with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until cohesive.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture, packing gently.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with extra parsley before serving warm.
