Description

A comforting and gourmet dish that combines cheesy elbow macaroni, tender chicken, and a rich honey-infused creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and let it warm over medium heat.
  3. Introduce the shredded cooked chicken to the skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the chicken is warmed through.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, honey, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the mixture is heated through and thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese has completely melted.
  6. Adjust the taste with salt if needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
