Description

Delightful roll-ups with a crunchy exterior and creamy cinnamon filling, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, melted
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. Microwave for 30-second intervals until fully melted, stirring in between.
  3. Mix in almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and egg until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut rolled dough into rectangles (about 3×4 inches).
  6. Prepare filling by mixing additional cinnamon and sweetener; spread this mixture over each rectangle.
  7. Roll rectangles tightly to create spiral shapes.
  8. Place roll-ups on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer, brushing with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes (or air fry for 8-10 minutes) until crispy and golden.
  10. Cool slightly before serving, enjoy warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
