Description

Indulge in these delightful dessert tacos filled with creamy vanilla cream cheese and topped with fresh mixed berries for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 small taco shells
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Carefully fill each taco shell with the cream cheese mixture using a spatula or spoon.
  3. Top the filled taco shells with mixed berries.
  4. Add a dollop of whipped cream over the berries.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For best results, fill the shells just before serving to maintain their crunch. You can also use different fruits or flavored cream cheese for variations.
