Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato (optional)
  • Dill pickle juice (for marinating)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the beaten egg.
  4. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the sandwich with crispy chicken, dill pickle slices, and toppings of your choice on a burger bun.

Notes
