- 1 can pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 6–8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 12–18 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Open the can of pizza dough and unroll it, slicing into six strips, 1-2 inches wide.
- Spread marinara sauce on each strip, leaving a border.
- Cut mozzarella slices and layer them on top of the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on the cheese, letting them hang off the dough edges.
- Tightly roll each strip from one end to the other, tucking the ends underneath.
- Place the rolled roses in the greased muffin tin snugly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh basil or drizzle olive oil for extra flavor.
Notes
Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Great for customization with various toppings.
