Description

A heartwarming twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring garlic-infused butter and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of hearty bread (like sourdough or Italian)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down on a non-stick skillet over low heat.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese on each slice.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook over low heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use room temperature butter for easier spreading. Feel free to add extra ingredients like tomatoes or avocados for customization.
