Description

A mouthwatering steak dish featuring a rich garlic butter flavor topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for special occasions or a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • Steak (Ribeye or Sirloin)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter
  • Garlic (Minced)
  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • Fresh Parsley (Chopped, for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak to the pan, searing each side for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir until it thickens slightly (2-3 minutes).
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it melts completely.
  8. Slice the rested steak against the grain and place it on a serving platter.
  9. Pour the creamy sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or use a different type of cheese like Gruyere.
