Delicious bite-sized snacks with a cheesy beef filling wrapped in a buttery garlic-parmesan dough.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or American)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out each piece of biscuit dough into a flat circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous spoonful of cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
- Brush each bomb with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
