Description

Delicious bite-sized snacks with a cheesy beef filling wrapped in a buttery garlic-parmesan dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out each piece of biscuit dough into a flat circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  6. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
  7. Brush each bomb with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate; bake just before serving. Customize fillings and toppings as desired.
