- 2 Croissants
- 1 Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
- 4 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Fresh Arugula (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, honey, and ground cinnamon until uniform.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the thin apple slices atop the goat cheese.
- If desired, add a handful of fresh arugula.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, assemble and bake just before serving. Can prepare goat cheese mixture in advance.
