- 1 block Halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate glaze
- 1/4 cup Toasted almonds, chopped
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
- Neutral oil for frying (e.g., grapeseed or sunflower oil)
Instructions
- Cut the Halloumi cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Halloumi pieces until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Drizzle with pomegranate glaze and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Make sure the halloumi is dry before frying to achieve a nice sear. Fry in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
