Description

Delightful savory sticks made of flaky puff pastry filled with gooey cheese and rich ham, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 oz sliced ham
  • 4 oz shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a sprinkle of cheese on one end of each pastry strip.
