Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grapes: Rinse the grapes under cold water and let them dry completely.

  3. Heat the mixture: Allow it to boil, using a candy thermometer to monitor until it reaches 300°F.
  4. Dip the grapes: Insert a skewer into each grape and dip into the hot sugar syrup, allowing excess syrup to drip off.
  5. Place on baking sheet: Lay the dipped grapes on a silicone or parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.
  6. Let cool: Allow the grapes to cool completely until the candy coating hardens.
