Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave until bubbly.
  3. Add in the honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, whisking until combined.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down, and drizzle the sauce over them.
