Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water, adding your pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a splash of pasta water.
- Sauté the aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—around 1 minute.
