- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 medium Sliced Jalapenos
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Line with parchment paper.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, and garlic powder until creamy.
- Roll Out the Puff Pastry to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Fill each pastry strip with a tablespoon of filling.
- Seal and twist each pastry strip.
- Prepare for baking by arranging twists on the baking sheet and brushing with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
