- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1 cup grenadine
- 4 cups ginger ale
- Fresh fruit for garnish (pineapple slices and maraschino cherries)
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a large punch bowl, pour in 2 cups each of pineapple juice and orange juice, followed by 1 cup of coconut rum and 1 cup of grenadine. Stir well to combine.
- Add the Fizz: Just before serving, gently stir in 4 cups of ginger ale.
- Serve and Garnish: Place ice in glasses, ladle the punch over, and garnish with fresh fruit.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the coconut rum with additional juice and add a splash of coconut extract.
