Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Jerk seasoning
- Mango
- Cabbage (green and purple)
- Carrots
- Red onion
- Honey
- Lime juice
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken with jerk seasoning and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Prepare the slaw: In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, diced mango, and sliced red onion. Toss gently.
- Make the honey lime cream: Whisk together honey, lime juice, and sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.

Notes
