- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In your slow cooker, combine the beef, beef broth, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetables. Stir everything together until well-mixed.
- Season: Generously season your mixture with salt and pepper to enhance all the flavors.
- Slow cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours.
- Prepare the noodles: About 30 minutes before you’re ready to serve, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
