Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Julienne the ripe mangoes, shred the red cabbage, and grate the carrots. Slice the red bell pepper and chop the green onions, then finely chop the cilantro.
- Mix the slaw: In a large bowl, combine mangoes, red cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix.
