Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced mangoes, shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix gently to distribute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
