Description

A delightful one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, colorful veggies, and a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the oven method or prepare a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized coins.
  3. Chop the Veggies: Dice the bell peppers, cut the baby carrots in half if larger, and chop the baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
  4. Create the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
  5. Combine: In your preheated skillet, add olive oil, followed by the sliced kielbasa and all the veggies. Drizzle the honey-garlic mixture over the top.
  6. Cook: Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until everything is tender and caramelized.
  7. Garnish: Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions.
