- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices, about an inch wide, ensuring a sturdy base.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage slices with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg (if using); stir until thoroughly blended.
- Form the meat mixture into patties that align with the cabbage slices.
- Arrange the cabbage slices on a baking sheet and top each with a meat patty.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each patty.

Notes
