Description

Delicious cookies that blend creamy peanut butter and rich brownie flavors into a chewy, indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  3. Stir in baking soda and salt until evenly mixed.
  4. Add brownie mix and chocolate chips. Blend gently until fully combined.
  5. Drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a thicker cookie, you can refrigerate the dough for a short time before baking. These cookies can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free brownie mix.
