Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Stir in baking soda and salt until evenly mixed.
- Add brownie mix and chocolate chips. Blend gently until fully combined.
- Drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a thicker cookie, you can refrigerate the dough for a short time before baking. These cookies can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free brownie mix.
