Description

A warm breakfast pizza topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy sausage, and gooey cheese, drizzled with creamy gravy—perfect for a delicious start to any day.


Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup creamy gravy

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place on a baking tray. Toast until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add sausage to a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until creamy and scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spoon scrambled eggs over each toasted muffin half, followed by the sausage bits. Top with cheese.
  6. Drizzle with creamy gravy and serve immediately.

Notes
