- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup creamy gravy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place on a baking tray. Toast until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add sausage to a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until creamy and scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon scrambled eggs over each toasted muffin half, followed by the sausage bits. Top with cheese.
- Drizzle with creamy gravy and serve immediately.
