Description

Delicious snacks made with flaky puff pastry and filled with shredded turkey and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded turkey breast (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles (approximately 3×3 inches).
  4. Mix the shredded turkey, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
