- 1 package puff pastry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded turkey breast (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles (approximately 3×3 inches).
- Mix the shredded turkey, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
