Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters and toss them with balsamic vinegar, honey or sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the strawberries on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
