- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups bread cubes or vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until brown and crispy. Drain excess fat.
- Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Layer the cooked sausage, bread cubes or vegetables, and half of the cheese in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
