- 4 large garlic bread rolls
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce or any pasta sauce of choice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, zucchini, and spinach)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti based on package instructions; drain and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, pasta sauce, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-mixed.
- Hollow out the inside of each garlic bread roll using a spoon or scoop.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture, packing it in.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
