- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Flip the pancake once bubbles form on the surface and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adjusting heat as needed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
