- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Mix until smooth.
- Add Spinach and Seasoning: Stir chopped spinach into the cheese mix, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape the Crisps: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake the Crisps: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can make the cheese mixture in advance and shape it just before baking. Try adding spices for extra flavor.
