Description

Crispy, cheesy bites made with fresh spinach, perfect for a low-carb snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add Spinach and Seasoning: Stir chopped spinach into the cheese mix, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Shape the Crisps: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake the Crisps: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can make the cheese mixture in advance and shape it just before baking. Try adding spices for extra flavor.
