Description

A refreshing and nourishing Spinach and Chickpea Salad, featuring vibrant greens, creamy hemp seeds, and a zesty lemon dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
