- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Brown the beef until it turns brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl, mixing well.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring until it thickens.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and green onions, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving hot.
