- 200g Chicken Breast (sliced)
- 150g Noodles (any type)
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Chopped Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix the soy sauce and honey in a bowl until combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and let it mingle for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles into the pan, tossing everything together until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil at the end or customize with your choice of vegetables.
