Description

A quick and satisfying dish featuring noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce with juicy chicken and crisp green onions.


Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • 150g Noodles (any type)
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Mix the soy sauce and honey in a bowl until combined.
  7. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and let it mingle for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked noodles into the pan, tossing everything together until well mixed.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of sesame oil at the end or customize with your choice of vegetables.
