Instructions
- In a skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, using a spatula to break it apart.
- Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fresh Thai basil to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Fill a shallow bowl with warm water and soak the rice paper wraps until soft.
- Lay a softened wrap on a clean surface, add the beef mixture and any fresh vegetables, then roll tightly.
- Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day ahead and store in an airtight container. Avoid freezing the rice paper wraps as they may become gummy.
